Our services are intended for individuals 18 years and above. You agree not to misuse our content or intellectual property. All materials are protected by copyright laws and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

3. Payments

All payments must be completed before service/product delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing.

No refunds are provided unless explicitly stated in writing.

No refunds if the Buyer changes the project plan/Service plan completely. Minor updates or tweaks based on results do not warrant a refund. Refunds are not applicable if expected results are not 100% met, considering the dynamic digital environment.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, including strategies, templates, and creative assets, is our intellectual property. You receive a non-transferable, non-exclusive license for personal or agreed commercial use.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide timely access to information and assets as required for project completion. Delays in inputs may result in extended timelines.

6. Disclaimer

We make no guarantees regarding specific results, earnings, or client performance. All strategies are dependent on various external factors.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services with any user for violation[s] of any of these terms or misuse of our platform and content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Shiven Raha Digital shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising out of the use or inability to use our services.

9. Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India. Disputes shall be resolved through local courts situated in city of Lucknow, In the state of Uttar Pradesh.

11. Nature of relationship

Services rendered by Shiven Raha Digital to the receiver of the service shall be on principle – to principle basis.

12. Notice

Clients may terminate the services of the Employee by giving seven (7) days’ notice or by paying seven (7) days’ salary in lieu of notice.

Similarly, if the Employee wants to relinquish his / her job, he / she shall be required to give one (1) month's notice or by paying one (1) month salary in lieu of notice.
